Think Mobile is a trading name of House of 12 Ltd, based in Glasgow, Scotland. We provide IT solutions including data backup, AI systems, and eSIM connectivity. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean House of 12 Ltd trading as Think Mobile.

When you contact us through our website form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you submit.

We use Formspree to process form submissions. Your data may be temporarily stored on Formspree's servers — please review Formspree's privacy policy for details.

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes at this time. We may set a session cookie for functional purposes only.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

4. Data Storage and Security

Enquiry data is transmitted securely via HTTPS. We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted.

For customers using our data backup service, all data is stored on UK-based servers. We sign a Data Processing Agreement upon request.
