1. Agreement
By using the Think Mobile website (thinkmobile.dev) or engaging Think Mobile services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Think Mobile provides IT solutions including managed data backup, AI automation systems, and eSIM connectivity services.
Service terms are agreed individually at the point of engagement. Managed services operate on 30-day rolling contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. eSIM Services
Once an eSIM has been provisioned and the QR code delivered, the order cannot be refunded. This is because the eSIM inventory is immediately consumed on provisioning.
Think Mobile is not responsible for device incompatibility. Customers should verify their device supports eSIM before purchase.
Data allowances are as stated on the package listing. Unused data does not roll over.
4. Liability
Think Mobile's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
